Goodway spindle and motor spindle repair
Brochexpress is an independent workshop specialising in the repair, maintenance and diagnostics of Goodway spindles and motor spindles — one of the largest Taiwanese CNC lathe manufacturers, with more than 600 models covering bar turning, multi-spindle work and multitasking machines.
Goodway, 50 years of Taiwanese expertise in CNC lathes
TLDR: Goodway (Taiwan, more than 50 years of experience and over 30 years in high-precision CNC lathes) is one of the largest CNC lathe manufacturers in Taiwan, with a range of over 600 models including live tooling turrets, sub-spindles, twin-spindle/twin-turret configurations, Y axis and B axis, as well as vertical and Swiss-type lathes.
With 50 years of experience and more than 30 years producing high-quality, high-precision, high-performance CNC lathes, Goodway has built a complete production line covering live tooling turrets, sub-spindles, twin-spindle/twin-turret configurations, Y axis, B axis, as well as vertical and Swiss-type lathes to meet widely varied customer needs. With more than 600 model variants in the catalogue, the manufacturer covers both small-part bar turning (TS and GLS series) and high-output multi-spindle machining for the medical and automotive industries (GTW series), with solutions dedicated to high-efficiency mass production combining a parallel twin-spindle structure, twin turret and gantry-type loading/unloading systems.
A range of robust spindles, from compact bar turning to high-output multi-spindle work
TLDR: Goodway lathes cover spindles running from 3,500 to 6,000 rpm depending on the series, with bar capacities from 32 to 78 mm, and multi-spindle configurations where the turret can support the main spindle and the sub-spindle simultaneously.
Goodway compact CNC lathes in the TS and GLS series use spindles running from 3,500 to 6,000 rpm depending on the model, with bar capacities from 32 to 65 mm, suited to machining aluminium, iron, cast iron, copper and stainless steel even under heavy-duty work. On GTW series multi-spindle lathes, the heavily ribbed, thermally balanced casting delivers high rigidity, with a turret able to support both the main spindle and the sub-spindle during simultaneous machining of the front and rear faces of the part, for maximum vibration damping. Parallel twin-spindle, twin-turret configurations, combined with a gantry-type loading/unloading system, meet the needs of high-efficiency mass production.
